The focus of this class will be to introduce students to a series of movement called The Five Treasures.

Five Treasures Qi Gong is a simple yet elegant set of movements that engage the practitioner in exchanging energy / qi with the Environment, the Earth, the Galaxies, the Heart and the Heavens. Like all Qi Gong, The Five Treasures expands the capacity of the body and the mind by deepening our ability to cultivate health, happiness and profound inspiration into our lives. It works on multiple levels leaving the practitioner feeling reinvigorated in body, mind and spirit. Learn these simple techniques to propel yourself into a healthier way of living.
