The focus of this class will be to integrate some Qi Gong Movement with the sounds of Healing Gongs and Tibetan Bowls.
Blanche will guide us through some qi gong movement to open the body and mind, Paul will then lead us in the healing sound bath/meditation while we relax on our yoga mats; we will conclude with some gentle qi gong that allows our bodies to move freely in this new expanded state of being. Participants will leave reinvigorated in body, mind and spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket to cover yourself with during the Gong Bath portion.
