Master Gee’s is kicking off November with two intensive classes that will help adults gain new skills and confidence in self defense and kickboxing. Get ready to learn effective techniques in a safe environment with a world-class trainer.
Seminar 1: Defensive Tactics Friday, November 1: 7:00 – 11:00 p.m.
This seminar will involve a realistic hands-on approach utilizing strikes to vital targets to the body. Men and women will learn simple yet highly effective defensive tactics against a variety of attacks. Men and women are required to wear a groin protector.
Seminar 2: Kickboxing Saturday, November 2: 12:30 – 4:30 p.m.
Students of all levels will learn offensive and defensive techniques used by world champions in a safe and fun environment. Equipment required for this course includes shin guards, light boxing gloves, groin protector and a mouthguard.

Seminars are open to Master Gee’s students, plus their family members and friends (ages 15+; younger teens aged may be accepted with parental permission).
